The emergency exhausting equipment will be opened to release  pressure if the inner pressure increases sharply .Even if the tank truck has an accident, the internal respiration valve's prevention against overflowing equipment remain sealed, the media inside of the oilcan can't be leaked ,otherwise it may cause serious accident. The manhole cover can install waste gas recovery valve, gauge hatch, etc.
