Round Flange Tank Truck Aluminium Alloy Emergency Shut-off Valve
Emergency cut off valve is installed on the bottom of the tank truck, if the tanker get intense impact, the emergency cut off valve will break automatically, separate the tanker body and bottom pipeline into independent tanker body, prevent liquid leakage and greatly improve the security during the transporation, so it is widely used all over the world. This product also meet QC/T932-2012 standard.
The emergency cut off valve use aluminium alloy material, cast molding, hard oxidation treatment on the surface, high corrosivity resistance, its accessories inside use stainless steel material, prolong its service life.
If the tank truck meets an fire accident during the oil unloading procedure, the fusible component start working, the valve will shut off emergently, keep the tanker satety.
If the pneumatic cannot open tha valve, at first get a M12*50 hex screw, then replace the older one at the back of the cut off valve.
